Built in 1934, and well ahead of its time with a side engine and power operated doors, Q5 was one of only two of this type to be built. It operated from Leatherhead garage on route 406, and also from Reigate on short workings of route 410. It was moved to Hertford and then Grays in 1938 before being stored for the duration of the war. It was subsequently sold in 1946, and ended uo being sold in 1950 for use as a caravan!
